New To Personal Training?

The very thought of hiring a personal trainer can be intimidating.  Some people have the idea that only athletes or very fit individuals would hire a personal trainer, yes these people do hire trainers, but it is important for anyone starting out in a fitness program to hire a trainer, I equate it to starting any new sport, people take golf lessons, dance lessons, join a team that has a coach….why, so they can learn the rules, proper technique, avoid injury…these are the exact same reasons you should hire a trainer before starting a fitness program.

With JM B-Fit, you will be able to learn how to workout safely in the privacy of your own home or in the Studio (still one on one, small group of your friends or relatives, private sessions only, no stranger will be working out along side you).

We will be working with you on YOUR goals and develop a program that is unique to YOU.  Together we will develop a plan a strategy so to speak to get you to where you want to be…for some that is losing weight, toning up, getting ready for the school/family reunion, wedding…..for others it is just strictly for health reasons….whatever your goal is I would be privileged to help you achieve them. 

We know inviting someone into your home and have them discuss personal information with you is not an easy thing and we do not take this privilege lightly.  I too felt like you, when I stepped on my scales several years ago and WOW over 200lbs, not a pretty reality for me…but it made me realize the time has come to deal with it…I had been quite the athlete in my day, so I decided I could do this I started slowly and made lots of mistakes and suffered injuries until I came to the realization that I needed help…the route I took was to get Certified as a Personal Trainer so that I could gain the knowledge I needed to achieve my goals, and then I wanted to start helping others.

I am not your buff, hard body; I am a life experienced individual that has a good understanding or at least a good appreciation of where you are and where you want to be.
